Ingredients

Certified Organic herbs of Slippery Elm bark, Comfrey root, Plantain leaf, Uva Ursi leaf, Calendula flower, Golden Seal root.

Suggested Use

Add 1 1/2 ounce of Sitz Bath to two quartz of boiling water. Simmer for 15 minutes. Strain out the herbs and add to a shallow bath.
