1 - cup organic fruit juice diluted

Sunshine Cherry C Smoothie

Directions:

Mix ingredients in a blender.

South American Ener-Chi

1 - cup organic fruit juice diluted

Directions:

Mix ingredients in a blender.

Choco-Maca Smoothie Recipe

10 oz. almond milk

2 - frozen almond milk ice cubes

1 - frozen banana (peal, slice, and then freeze)

1 - Tbs. cacao powder

1 - Tbs. maca powder

1/8 - Tbs. agave syrup (or to taste)

2 - Droppersful cinnamon extract or 2 pinches of cinnamon powder.

Directions:

Mix ingredients in a blender. For a finishing touch: Sprinkle with cinnamon powder.

Raw Chocolate

1 cup Raw Cacao Nibs

1 cup Goji Berries

2 teaspoons Coconut Oil

2 teaspoons Agave syrup

1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne (optional)

Directions:

Take the Cacao Nibs and Goji Berries and grind them in a blender until close to powder. Then take the Coconut oil and agave and slightly heat them in a double boiler until they melt. Mix everything together along with the optional cayenne. After mixing, pack onto a baking sheet, ¼ inch thick, or roll into balls (or any shape you would like). Place in the fridge for 20 minutes or so to harden.

Seattle Sun Tea

1 oz. - Red Raspberry Leaf

2 ozs. - Rosehips

2 ozs. - Hibiscus

2 ozs. - Orange Peel

2 ozs. - Lemongrass

3 ozs. - Peppermint

To Make:

Makes 12 ounces of dried herb blend. 1 ounce makes 10 cups of tea. Mix all the herbs together and fill a reusable muslin tea bag with the tea blend.

Direction For Use:

Fill a gallon sized jar with water and set in sun to steep. The tea can keep for 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator.

Stress-Free Space Spray

8 oz. - Distilled Water

¼ tsp - 5 Flower Essence (promotes stress reduction)

10 Drops - Frankincense Oil

3 Drops - Geranium Oil

3 Drops - Lavender Oil

4 - Two Ounce Bottles

Note:

Make one bottle first and see how you like the scent. Adjust essential oils as necessary.

To Make:
  1. Put ¼ tsp. 5 Flower Essence into each bottle.
  2. Add essential oils listed above into each bottle.
  3. Then fill rest of way with water (approx. 2 oz).
  4. Put lids on and shake. Label bottles.
Directions For Use:

Spray on your face or in your space and feel stress free.

Lavender Soap Balls

2 - Bars Mild Soap (Vegetable Based)

1/2 Cup - Dried Lavender Blossoms

5 Drops - Essential Oil of Lavender

1/4 Cup - Warm Water

To Make:
  1. Using a cheese grater, grate the soap bars into a large bowl.
  2. Add lavender blossoms to the grated soap.
  3. Add the essential oil to the soap mixture, thoroughly.
  4. Add the water and stir.
  5. Roll heaping tablespoons of the mix into balls.
  6. Place on a cookie sheet and allow to air-dry completely, which will take approximately 2 days.

Hot Lips Lip Balm

1 -Tbs Beeswax (Freeze beeswax & then grate)

3 - Tbs Sweet Almond Oil

½ - tsp Alkanet Root (For ruby red color)

12 - Drops Cinnamon Essential Oil

1 - Capsule Vitamin E Oil

8 - Lip Balm Containers

Small piece of wax paper

To Make:
  1. In a double boiler or small pan, gently heat oil.
  2. Add beeswax and alkanet root to oil.
  3. When the beeswax is entirely melted, pull pan off of heat.
  4. To ensure that your lip balm is the consistency that you like, put a large drop of mixture onto wax paper and put in freezer. After a couple of minutes, test the consistency on your hand or lips. Add more beeswax if you would like it harder. Once you have a good consistency, follow the next steps quickly so that the mixture does not start to harden.
  5. Strain oil into an easy pour measuring cup, removing alkanet root from the mix.
  6. Puncture Vitamin E capsule and add to oil/beeswax mix.
  7. Add drops of Cinnamon oil. Note: If you would like super hot lips add more drops of Cinnamon, such as 5 to 10 drops. Stir well.
  8. Pour melted mixture into lip containers being careful not to overfill. Pour extra mixture into a favorite container for yourself.
  9. Allow to harden, and then put lids on and label lip balms.

Fabulous French Green Clay & Lavender Mask

4 oz - French Green Clay

80 ml - Lavender Hydrosol

20 drops - Lavender Essential Oil

4 tsp. - Chamomile Extract

4 one ounce - Containers

To Make:
  1. Put clay into ceramic bowl.
  2. Using a wooden paddle or chopstick, stir in entire bottle of lavender hydrosol.
  3. Add chamomile extract and stir well to form a soft paste.
  4. Add lavender essential oil and continue to stir until it forms a smooth consistency.
  5. Spoon into containers being sure not to overfill and label containers.
Directions For Use:

Apply a thin layer all over face, avoiding the tender skin around the eyes. Leave on until dry, then wash off with a washcloth and warm water. For an exfoliating treatment, scrub clay mask off with your fingertips and a dry washcloth. Use up to 3 times a week. Enjoy!

Energy Balancing Massage Oil

36 drops - Lavender essential oil

22 drops - Peppermint essential oil

16 drops - Sweet orange essential oil

28 drops - Geranium essential oil

8 oz - Sweet almond oil

250 ml - Glass bottle

To Make:
  1. Blend essential oils in a glass container.
  2. Start with the proportions given. Let them sit together for an hour or so before adjusting. The aromas will combine and change over time.
  3. Once you are happy with scent, pour oil blend into a 250 mL bottle.
  4. Fill with sweet almond oil.
  5. Seal cork by dripping candle wax over it.

Cool Lips Lip Balm

1 Tbs Beeswax (Freeze beeswax & then grate)

  5. Add drops of Peppermint oil. Note: For super cool lips add more drops of Peppermint, such as 5 to 10 drops. Stir well.
  6. Pour melted mixture into small measuring cup and pour into lip containers being careful not to overfill. Pour extra mixture into a favorite container for yourself.
  7. Allow to harden, and then put lids on and label lip balms.

Aromatherapy Room Mist

40 Drops - Essential oil of your choice

1 Teaspoon - Witch Hazel or Vodka

8 Ounces - Filtered or Spring Water

To Make:
  1. Combine essential oil and witch hazel or vodka in an 8-ounce bottle with an atomizer top.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Fill with filtered or spring water and shake again.
  4. Spray into the air as desired.
Directions For Use: This room-freshening spray makes a nice gift packaged in an attractive glass spray bottle and tied with ribbon and a sprig of dried flowers.

Sultry Salty Skin Scrub

1 Cup Coarse Sea Salt

½ Cup Olive Oil

10 Drops of Your Favorite Essential Oil for Scent

To Make:

Mix together and store in wide-mouth container.

Directions For Use:

This scrub can be used on hands and feet to invigorate and polish the skin, or on the body for a seasonal exfoliation.

Fragrant Bath Salts

1 Cup Epsom Salts

1 Cup Baking Soda

1/2 Teaspoon Essential Oil (50 drops) of your choice

To Make:
  1. Combine Epsom salts and baking soda in a nonporous bowl.
  2. Add approximately 50 drops of essential oil, mixing well with a metal spoon.
  3. Transfer the bath salts into a decorative container.
  4. Choose a container with a lid or top to preserve the fragrant essential oils.
Directions For Use:

To use fill the tub with warm water and add four tablespoons of bath salts.

Soothing Yarrow Bath Tea

½ Cup Dried Linden - To soothe frayed nerves

½ Cup Dried Comfrey - To heal skin irritations

½ Cup Dried Yarrow - To soothe muscles

2 Tbls. Oatmeal - To soften the water

4 3”/5” Muslin Bags

To Make:

Blend herbs together. Spoon the herbs into the muslin bags, dividing evenly. Secure each bag tightly with attached string.

Directions For Use:

Add bag to your bath and squeeze to release herbal properties. Soak for twenty minutes to enjoy the benefits of this bath.
