Suggested Use

Restorative Tonic - Take 30 to 60 drops (one to two droppersful) in water 3 to 4 times daily. Preventative maintenance - Take 30 drops in water 2 to 3 times daily.
The three extracts described can be mixed in the same glass of water. They can be taken anytime during the day, with or without food.

Additional Supplements

Seasonali-Tea: Soothing decongestant for seasonal illnesses.

Nettles: Has natural antihistamine qualities to prevent allergic reactions. Take two capsules as needed two to four times daily.

Quercetin Nettle Plus with Bromelain: Balances healthy inflammatory and immune responses. Protects against allergens, has anti-inflammatory properties, and increases immunity. Best taken on an empty stomach. Take as directed on label.

BioFlora Probiotics: Replenishes good bacteria in the colon. Important if antibiotics are prescribed. Take two capsules per day on empty stomach.

Ultimate C: Vitamin C protects against immune system deficiencies and clears congestion. Take 3000 mg. daily in divided dosages.

Beneficial Foods
Try to have lots of different colored foods and beverages everyday and organically grown. High colored substances are high in antioxidants that boost the immune system. Eating these in whole foods has anti-inflammatory and immuno-modulating qualities.

Good Quality Water: 64 ounces per day
Purple Flavonoid and anthocyanadin-rich foods: Acai, blueberries, strawberries, beets, red cabbage, chard.
Green Chlorophyll-rich foods: Wild Salad, braising greens, arugula, kale, asparagus, artichokes.
Yellow and Orange Carotene and quercetin bioflavonoid-rich foods: Carrots, citrus fruits, onions, beets, yams, and sweet potatoes.
Red Lycopene-rich foods: Tomatoes, pink grapefruit, and watermelon.
Legumes: Lentils, split peas, black beans, and azuki beans.
Seeds and Nuts: Sunflower, sesame, flax, almonds, pecans, and walnuts.
Healthy Oils: Extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, and flax oil.
Fish (ocean caught): Wild salmon, mackerel, halibut, and steelhead.
Whole Grains: Basmati rice, brown rice, wild rice, and quinoa.
Spices: Garlic, chives, ginger, black pepper, sea salt, cilantro, parsley, horseradish, wasabi, turmeric (curry powder), cayenne, mint, basil, rosemary, thyme, kelp, dulse, oregano, and cinnamon.

Limit These Foods and Beverages
High allergen foods include peanuts and peanut butter, cow's milk, corn, soy, wheat, and eggs.

Any food which contains MSG.
Baked goods containing yeast, grains containing gluten, such as bread, wheat, oats, rye, and barley.
Dairy: Ice Cream, frozen yogurt, milk and milk products (Hormone-free is best).
Eggs: Eat only omega-3 rich/cage free, not imitation.
Beverages: Coffee, soft drinks, concentrated fruit juices, alcoholic drinks (Red wine can trigger allergic reactions due to sulphites), diet drinks, and tap water.
Sweeteners: Barley malt, corn syrup, sugar, artificial sweeteners (aspartame and saccharin), and glucose.
Fowl or Meats: Chicken, turkey, duck, lamb, beef, pork (Limit these while congested. Organic meats are better).
Seafood: Farm-raised fish and shellfish.
