Suggested Use

Restorative Tonic - Take 30 to 60 drops (one to two droppersful) in water 3 to 4 times daily. Preventative maintenance - Take 30 drops in water 2 to 3 times daily.
The three extracts described can be mixed in the same glass of water. They can be taken anytime during the day, with or without food.

Additional Supplements

Antispasmodic Tonic: Contains antispasmodic herbs that relax the nervous system and ease chest constriction with wheezing. Suggested Use: Take one to two droppersful (30 to 60 drops) as needed. Useful to take before bedtime to relax constriction.

Respitonic: Supports upper respiratory health. Suggested Use: Take one to two droppersful (30 to 60 drops) as needed two to four times daily.

Breathe Free Oil! ™: Breathe easier mentholated rub for external use only. It can be rubbed onto the chest, temples, used as a vaporizing steam, and in a bath or sauna.

Cough-Eze Syrup ™ : This alcohol-free peppermint flavored great tasting syrup soothes and cools the throat.* The herbs in this formula have traditionally been used to either suppress the cough impulse or help with expectoration, depending on the needs of the body.*

Seasonali- Tea: Respiratory decongestant and soothing support for coughing. Suggested Use: Drink one to four cups daily as needed.

Beneficial Foods
Try to have lots of different colored organically grown foods and beverages everyday. Vibrantly colored foods are high in substances that boost the immune system and have anti-inflammatory qualities.

Yellow and Orange Carotene and quercetin bioflavonoid-rich foods: Carrots, citrus fruits, onions, beets, yams, and sweet potatoes.
Red Lycopene-rich foods: Tomatoes, pink grapefruit, and watermelon.
Purple Flavonoid and anthocyanadin-rich foods: Acai, blueberries, strawberries, beets, red cabbage, and chard.
Green Chlorophyll-rich foods: Wild salad, braising greens, arugula, and kale.
Fermented Soy: Miso, tamari, and tempeh.
Legumes: Lentils, split peas, black beans, and adzuki beans.
Seeds and Nuts: Sunflower, sesame, flax, almonds, pecans, and walnuts.
Healthy Oils: Extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, and flax oil.
Fish (ocean caught): Wild salmon, mackerel, steelhead, and halibut.
Whole Grains: Basmati rice, brown rice, wild rice, and quinoa.

Limit These Foods and Beverages
High allergen foods include peanuts and peanut butter, cow's milk, corn, soy, wheat, and eggs.

Any foods which contain MSG.
Baked goods containing yeast and grains containing gluten, i.e. bread, wheat, oats, rye, and barley.
Dairy: Ice cream, frozen yogurt, imitation eggs, milk and milk products (hormone-free is best).
Eggs: Only omega-3 rich and cage-free.
Beverages: Coffee, soft drinks, concentrated fruit juices, diet drinks, alcoholic drinks (red wine can trigger allergic reactions due to sulphites) and tap water.
Sweeteners: Barley malt, corn syrup, sugar, artificial sweeteners (aspartame, saccharin), and glucose.
Poultry or Meats: Chicken, turkey, duck, lamb, pork and beef.
Seafood: Farm-raised fish and shellfish.
