Ingredients: Elecampane root (Inula helenium), Grindelia flower & leaf (Grindelia integrifolia), Yerba Santa leaf (Eriodictyon californicum), Pleurisy root (Asclepias tuberosa), Marshmallow root (Althea officinalis), Usnea lichen (Usnea barbata), Butterbur root (Petasites tussilago), Lobelia herb (Lobelia inflata), Yerba Mansa root (Anemopsis spp.), Pure grain alcohol, Distilled water.

Flexible Choice ™

Ingredients: Turmeric root (Curcuma longa), Green tea leaf (Camellia sinensis), Chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita), St. John's Wort flower tops (Hypericum perforatum), Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), and Ginger root (Zingiber offcinale), Pure grain alcohol, Distilled water. 

Herbal Biotic ™

Ingredients: Oregon Grape root (Berberis nervosa), Oregano leaf (Origanum vulgare), Olive leaf (Olea europaea), Yerba Mansa root (Anemopsis spp.), Wild Indigo root (Baptisia tinctoria), Goldenseal root (Hydrastis canadensis), Usnea lichen (Usnea barbata), Pure grain alcohol, Distilled water. 

Suggested Use

Restorative Tonic - Take 30 to 60 drops (one to two droppersful) in water 3 to 4 times daily.

Preventative maintenance - Take 30 drops in water 2 to 3 times daily.

The three extracts included can be mixed in the same glass of water. They can be taken anytime during the day, with or without food.
