Reishi fruiting body (Ganoderma lucidum), Chaga fruiting body (Inonotus obliquus), Lion's Mane fruiting body (Hericium erinaceus), Turkey Tail fruiting body (Trametes versicolor), Pure grain alcohol, Distilled water.

Suggested Use

Restorative Tonic: Take 30 to 60 drops (1 to 2 droppersful) 3 times daily. Prevention: Take 30 drops (1 dropperful) 3 times daily. Can add to water, juice, or tea. Shake well.
