Ingredients: Ashwaganda fresh root (Withania somnifera), Astragalus fresh root (Astragalus membranaceaous), Maca root (Lepidium peruvianum), Eleuthero root (Eleutherococcus senticosus), fresh milky Oat seed (Avena sativa), and Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra).

Suggested Use

Dream Sleep: Take 30 to 60 drops (one to two droppersful) as needed before bedtime. Can take another dosage if you wake in the middle of the night.

Kava Kava Plus and Rasayana: Restorative Tonic - Take 30 to 60 drops (one to two droppersful) in water 3 to 4 times daily. Preventative Tonic - Take 30 drops in water 2 to 3 times daily. These two extracts can be mixed in the same glass of water. They can be taken anytime during the day, with or without food.

Additional Supplements

Relax-U Tea: Contains herbs that promote relaxation. Drink one or two cups as needed close to bedtime.

Magnesium: This mineral is essential for relaxing tight and tense muscles due to stress. Can take 200mg. to 600 mg. shortly before bedtime.

Multiple Mineral Complex: Calcium, magnesium and potassium help to support a healthy nervous system.

Vitamin B Complex: A complex of B vitamins helps to support a healthy nervous system and supports stress management. Take with food.

Relaxing Hot Bath: Add bath salts that contain epson salts, rich in magnesium, to help ease oneself into a restful sleep.

Beneficial Foods
Try to have lots of different colored organically grown foods and beverages everyday. Vibrantly colored foods are high in substances that boost the immune system and have anti-inflammatory qualities.

Yellow and Orange Carotene and quercetin bioflavonoid-rich foods: Carrots, citrus fruits, onions, beets, yams, sweet potatoes.
Red Lycopene-rich foods: Tomatoes, pink grapefruit, watermelon.
Purple Flavonoid and anthocyanadin-rich foods: Acai, blueberries, strawberries, beets, red cabbage, chard.
Green Chlorophyll-rich foods: Wild salad, braising greens, arugula, kale.
Fermented Soy: Miso, tamari, tempeh.
Legumes: Lentils, split peas, black beans, adzuki beans.
Seeds and Nuts: Sunflower, sesame, flax, almonds, pecans, walnuts.
Healthy Oils: Extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, flax oil.
Fish (ocean caught): Wild salmon, mackerel, steelhead, halibut.
Whole Grains: Basmati, brown, wild rice, quinoa.
Spices: Horseradish, wasabi, garlic, chives, ginger, black pepper, sea salt, cilantro, parsley, turmeric (curry powder), cayenne, mint, basil, rosemary, thyme, kelp, dulse, oregano, cinnamon.

Limit These Foods and Beverages
High allergen foods include peanuts and peanut butter, cow's milk, corn, soy, wheat and eggs.

Baked goods containing yeast and grains containing gluten, i.e. bread, wheat, oats, rye, barley.
Dairy: Ice cream, frozen yogurt, milk, milk products (hormone-free is best).
Eggs: Imitation eggs, eat only omega-3 rich/cage-free.
Beverages: Coffee, soft drinks, concentrated fruit juices, diet drinks, alcoholic drinks (red wine can trigger allergic reactions due to sulphites), tap water.
Sweeteners: Barley malt, corn syrup, sugar, artificial sweeteners (aspartame, saccharin), glucose.
Poultry or Meats: Chicken, turkey, duck, lamb, pork, beef.
Seafood: Farm-raised fish, shellfish.
Any foods which contain MSG.
